福建省大气环境承载力研究

摘    要:基于福建省大气环境污染的现状,通过对2010年福建省大气环境容量和大气环境承载力的计算,得出福建省2010年SO2和NOx大气环境承载状况,结果表明:2010年福建省各县级行政区SO2和NOx大气环境承载力总体较低,大部分县和县级市的承载力为高承载,但存在明显的区域性差异.对超载和严重超载的区域分析其超载的原因;从政府、工厂负责人、居民等角度提出提高大气环境承载力的措施.

Abstract:Based on present situation of air pollution in Fujian province, and by the calculations of its atmospheric capacity and bearing capacity of atmospheric environment in 2010, SO2 and NOx environ- mental carrying capacity of Fujian was described. Results show that SOz and NOx environmental carry- ing capacity in the province is generally low, but most of its counties and county-level cites are still having relatively high bearing capacity, with obvious regional differences. Further, we analyzed the causes of overloading and serious overloading situation which appeared in some areas. For countermeasures, we propose an cooperation perspective of government, factory owners and local residents.
