摘    要:<正> 四川嘉定群为海姆(Heim,1932)命名于乐山,长期被视为白垩系。1972年,四川省地质局第二区调队根据四川盆地西部地层系统将之划分为夹关组、下灌口组和上灌口组,并将夹关组和下灌口组归于下白垩统,上灌口组归于上白垩统,但一直无化石依据。1978年,四川省地质局和我所联合踏勘小组采获大量介形类化石,经笔者之一鉴定,改下灌口组为灌口组,归为上白垩统,改上灌口组为名山群,归为下第三系。

Abstract:In the years from 1977 to 1979, abundant fossil Ostracods were collectedby the Aerial Geological Survey Party of the Geological Bureau of Sichuanfrom Jiading Group in the south of Sichuan Basin. A systematic study ofthis fauna led us to the conclusion that the fossil-containing formationnamed by the Aerial Geological Party in southern Sichuan should be correlated with those formations of the Jiading Group in Leshan region. The Wotoushan Formation and Daerdang Formation are equivalent to the lower partof Jiaguan Formation, the age of which is ascribed to Lower-Middle Cretaceous. The Shanhe Fromation corresponds to the upper part of Jiaguan Formation belonging to Middle Cretaceous. The Gaokanba Formation which is correlative with Guankou Formation in Leshan region is Late Cretaceous inage. As for the other two equivalents the Liujia Formation and the JinjiguanFormation are probably Eocene deposits. The similarity of Ostracod faunasindicates also that the middle and lower parts of Jiading Group in SichuanBasin may be correlated with Cretaceous strata in Songhuajiang-Liaohe Basin. The following is a table of their correlation:The Ostracoda described in this paper comprise 29 species. Excepting 1 species referred to the Family,Limnocythere, the remaining 28 species belong to the Family Cyprididae, and 11 new species are esta-blished.
