| 摘 要： | 南非负责任旅游对南非的社会经济发展、政治民主建设起着非常重要的作用，特别是推动了南非构建公平社会的进程。本文概括了南非负责任旅游的兴起背景，分析了南非政府实施负责任旅游后初见成效的原因，剖析南非负责任旅游在缓解种族歧视、减少贫困、公平分配利益等方面对建设公平社会的意义。

| Abstract: | Responsible tourism in South Africa plays a very important role in social economic development and political democracy buildings in that country, particularly in the process of promoting a fair society. The paper outlines the backgrounds of the launching of responsible tourism program in South Africa, explores some of the initiative successful causes after the program carried by the government, and analyses the significances of responsible tourism to build fair society in easing racial discrimination , reducing poverty, and fairly distributing benefits for the people. |
