| Abstract: | The natural and human conditions, the economic base, the economic reqional structure,the core - periphery model and the economic inteqration of Northeast Asia and Southeast Asia are comPared in the paper. From the POint of view of world economic system, some problems,including the relations with the development of Asia - Pacific Region, the Global strategy of USA and Japan, and the open - door strategy of China in the peripheral areas, are discussed. |
