| 摘 要： | 黄淮海平原经过1988-1993年农业综合开发,取得了明显的经济、生态和社会效益。改造中低产田409万ha,开发区粮食年平均增长率达4.0%,其增产量占全区增产总量的42.5%,农业开发的贡献几乎与传统农业的贡献相等。预测1995-2000年,即使是农业综合开发的规模与前六年相同,但是,由于水利工程效益更充分地发挥和农业的科技含量持续增长,开发区粮食完全可能增产达90亿kg.

| Abstract: | The synthetical benefits during the Period from 1988 to 1993 and the potential of grain yield-increasing during the pened from 1995 to 2000 during the agricultural comprehensive development in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain were analyzed in this paper.Up to 1993.obvious economic,ecological and social benefits were achieved in the region of the agricultural comprehensive development,where 4.09 million hectare middle-low yield land was improved and 0.22 mason bectare wasteland was reclaimed.The annual average growth rate of grain was 4.0 Per cent in the region.The amount of yield-increasing of grain made up 42.5 per cent of the total in the area.The contribution of agricultural development is nearly equal to that of traditional agriculture. According to the forecast,up to 2000.even if the scale of agricultural comprehensive development is the same as that in the preceding six years,it is entirely possible for the amount of yield-increasing of grain to be 9 billion kilogram in the development region in the area.since the water conservancy works are fully used and the scientific and technological contents in agriculture are increased sustainably. |
