| 摘 要： | 微生物采油经过70多年发展，已成为继热驱，化学驱，气驱之后的第四种提高采收率的方法，其提高采收集方式有地面法和地下法两种，特点是成本低，效果好，无污染。其采油机理为：一是改变原油组成，二是改善驱油环境，最终使原油流向井底，提高采收率。

| Abstract: | Over 70 years development, microbial enhanced oil recovery is fourthly method of EOR then thermal drive, chemistry drive, gas drive .It has ground method and underground method. MEOR, with the advantage of low cost, no pollution and good economic benefit. The mechanism, one is that changes crude oil composition, another is that improve environment of drive oil. It has a bright application prospect. |
