| 摘 要： | 编制旅游区修建性详细规划,首先要准确理解修建性详细规划与上位规划的关系,以及与施工图设计的关系,充分把握上位规划的核心内涵.在此基础上,精确划定规划范围,对旅游资源做进一步调查和研究.编制用地竖向规划要考虑充分利用地形,而不应该把改造地形、平整土地当作主要目的.规划成果图应兼具科学性、现势性、艺术性和实用性等特点.
