| 摘 要： | 土地利用总体规划是未来各行业用地的法律依据。经济的快速发展以及人口的增长，要求土地规划编制科学、合理，要求优化各行业用地的配置。笔者就土地利用总体规划编制过程中如何处理土地规划与城市规划的关系以及利用土地信息系统实现数字规划图编制进行了讨论。

Disscussion on Some Problems of the General Plan in the Land Utilization |

| Abstract: | The general plan in the land utilization is the law reliance of future using land in all departments. The rapid development of economic and the increase of population demand the land plan having scieatifical and retional and optional disposal of the land in all departments.The relation between the general plan of land utilization and city plan has been processed in this paper,and discussed on completing the layout map of digital plan with land information system. |
