复合中草药对凡纳滨对虾生长和消化酶活力的影响

摘    要:选用豆粕-鱼粉型饲料,分别添加0.0、0.5、1.0、2.0和4.0g·kg-1的复合中草药(CTMs),检测其促生长作用及其对消化酶活性的影响。结果显示,生长第1阶段:2组特殊生长率(SGR)、饲料系数(FCR)和蛋白质效率比(PER)均显著大于对照组(P<0.05),与余下三组差异不显著(P>0.05);2组、3组体长增长率(LGR)与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);2组、3组存活率与5组差异显著(P<0.05)、与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01);各组间相对增重率(RWG)和日生长速度(AGR)差异不显著(P>0.05)。生长第2阶段:2组AGR与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),与其他三组差异不显著(P>0.05);2组、3组FCR分别与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)和差异极显著(P<0.01);2组、3组PER与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);和对照组相比,4组成活率提高显著(P<0.05),2组和3组提高极显著(P<0.01);RWG和LGR变化规律与第一阶段相似;各组间SGR无显著差异(P>0.05)。CTMs提高消化酶活性,对蛋白酶活性影响明显。

Abstract:LitoPenaeus vannamei were fed with formulated diet which had been added with Chinese Traditional Medicines(CTMs) at different contents of 0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 and 4.0 g·kg-1 respectively. Growth indexs and activity of digestive enzymes were determined in 58 d. The results showed that in the 1st stage, SGR, FCR and PER of group 2 were better than that of control group respectively(P <0.05), but no significant differences between group 2 and the other trial groups(P >0.05). LGR was significantly different between group 2, group 3 and control group (P <0.05). There were no significant differences for RWG and AGR between trial groups and control group(P >0.05). Survival rate was significantly different between group 2, group 3 and group 5(P <0.05), utmost significantly different between group 2, group 3 and group5(P <0.01). In the 2nd stage, AGR of group 2 was utmost significantly different from control group(P <0.01), yet, no significantly difference among all trial groups(P >0.05). FCR of group 2 and group 3 was significantly different from control group(P <0.05) and utmost significantly different(P <0.01), respectively. PER of group 2 and group 3 was significantly different from control group(P <0.05). Compared with group1, survival rate of group 4 increased obviously(P <0.05), and group 2,group 3 increased utmost obviously(P <0.01). The changed rule of RWG and LGR was similar to the 1st stage. SGR was nosignificant different among all trial groups(P >0.05). In two stages, TCMs may enhance activitiy of digestive enzymes and activities of protease obviously.
