| 摘 要： | 从分析保险防灾业务的特点出发，提出利用MapGIS强大的二次开发功能构建保险防灾信息系统。作者结合自己的开发实践，比较全面的介绍了如何利用GIS技术来管理保险防灾业务的空间信息，并对这些关键的技术进行较全面阐述，对基于地理信息的信息系统的开发提供了许多有益的解决方案

| Abstract: | In this paper,from analyzing the characters of insurance work against disater,the authors bring forward using the powerful second development function of MapGIS to construct the information system of insurance against disaster.Based on the experience of the software development,how to man-age the spatial information of insurance against disaster using GIS and the key techniques are introduced in detail,many good projects for the development of information system based on geographic informa-tion are afforded. |
