| 摘 要： | 爱尔兰是欧洲一个岛国，面积70273平方公里，人口约458万，是欧洲一个重要的铅锌矿生产国和出口国。爱尔兰铅锌矿成矿条件良好，政治稳定，法制总体较为健全，基础设施完善，矿业政策积极、稳定，矿业管理规范，矿业税费合理，与我国关系良好。尽管其矿业法律法规有待进一步完善，相关规定也有待进一步明确和细化，但总体来看，爱尔兰属矿业投资环境较良好的国家。

| Abstract: | Ireland is an island country in Europe, with an area of 70273 square kilometers and a population of about 4.58 million, and is one of Europe＇s major lead-zinc producers and exporters. Geologically, Ireland possesses good leadzinc mineralization conditions and has a potential to find more lead-zinc deposits. Politically it is a stable country with a sounder legal system, positive mining policies, regulated mining management system, and reasonable mining taxation and fees, and Ireland has a good infrastructure for mining development. Also importantly it has a good relation with China. Although it has some weak points in attracting foreign mining investment, with some laws and regulations to be modified and improved, and some relevant provisions need to be further cleared and specified. In general, the mining investment climate in Ireland is tolerable and passable. |
