| Abstract: | In Hong Kong, the land lease expires and the contract provides for the land renewal with which a small amount of fixed rent is paid only symbolically. For the expiration of the Mainland China residential land 70 years later, Hong Kong experience has a meaningful reference for how it is renewed and how the renewal rent is paid. |
