超轻型飞机低空数码遥感系统在汶川地震中的应用

摘    要:介绍了以超轻型飞机为平台的数码遥感系统,利用4K×5K面阵CCD相机获取汶川大地震受灾区域低空大比例尺真彩色数字航空影像,具有高分辨率、高成像质量优势,可以弥补传统航空摄影技术的薄弱环节,对机场和天气条件的依赖性小,并有方便计算机管理、处理快速、低成本的特点,是低空小面积区域、应急测绘服务与保障的重要技术手段。该系统被广泛应用于受灾小城镇、村庄的影像快速获取,主要承担面向灾情调查正射影像图(DOM)生产和灾后重建1:2000测图,成果质量良好,分辨率高,影像信息丰富,对灾情的判读更精确细致,可以查看到房屋倒塌,乃至砖瓦受损、桥梁损毁、道路坑陷等细节,同时也对泥石流、滑坡、堰塞湖等有清晰表现,可以满足灾害以及日常测绘需要。

Abstract:This paper introduce the digital RS system based on ultralight aviation platform, which used 4K×5K plane an'ay camera to obtain large scale true color aerial imagery of Wenchuan earthquake region on low altitude, with the advantage of high-resolution and high- quality. It can make up the disadvantage of traditional aerial photography technique, less dependence on airport and weather. And it has the characteristics of management convenient, process fast, low costs. It is an important means of technology on low altitude and small area, emergency services and security of surveying and mapping. This system is extensive used on images acquired quickly of the affected small towns and villages, mainly takes on the role of DOM production faced to disaster and 1:2000 mapping of reconstruction after the disaster. The production quality is good, resolution is high, image information is rich, and interpretation to disaster is more accurate and detailed. We could view housing collapsed, and even tile damaged, road subsidence and so on. Meanwhile, it has clear performance on mud-rock flow, landslide, landslide lake, etc., and meets the requirements of surveying and mapping and disaster management.
