| 摘 要： | 在考察北京门头沟区30余座古村落的基础上,总结了这一地区的文化遗产、自然遗产和非物质文化遗产资源。运用SWOT分析对古村落旅游发展的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行了分析,指出了该区可持续旅游发展存在的问题。这些主要问题包括缺乏整体管理、旅游产业规模小、旅游投入不足、基础设施落后等,限制了该区旅游业的发展。此外,还提出了整体性保护、特色性保护和动态性保护的遗产资源保护对策,包括文化旅游、生态旅游、农业旅游、休闲旅游、民俗旅游等,以促进北京门头沟地区旅游业的发展。
