| 摘 要： | 作者就地区差距的形成，地区经济发展差距全面扩大情况下的地区间矛盾，地方保护主义以及“八五”期我国区域政策的调整作了精辟分析，最后阐述了地区经济协调发展的目标和基本内容，强调重视内地发展，逐步缩小东西部的差距，促使区域经济协调发展。
