| Abstract: | The scientists have now attached great importance to the marine ecosystem service value.In this paper,the economic attribute of marine ecosystem service is discussed from the viewpoint of environmental economics,which will provide theoretical basis for the value-keeping and multiplication of marine ecological capital. |
