| Institution: | Dr. Laurel Lacher serves as the hydrologist for the White Mountain Apache Tribe in north-central Arizona (Environmental Planning Department, White Mountain Apache Tribe, P.O. Box 700, Whiteriver, AZ 85941). Dr. Lacher received her M.S. degree in hydrology in 1992 and her Ph.D. in hydrology in 1996 from the University of Arizona.; Thomas Maddock III received his doctorate from Harvard in 1973 and is now a professor in the Department of Hydrology and Water Resources at the University of Arizona in Tucson.; Jim Yeh received his doctorate in hydrology at New Mexico Tech in Socorro in 1994 and now is an associate professor in the Department of Hydrology and Water Resources at the University of Arizona. |
