摘    要:道路事故具有突发性和地点不确定性,及时、准确获取事故点地理位置信息是事故救援、交通诱导和道路畅通的关键。鉴于事故点位置信息获取的途径多样性,该文综合分析归纳,对事故口头报告进行了语义分析,进而得到事故点位置报告的规范信息格式。在此基础上,阐述了道路事故点定位处理的报告输入内容、报告精度要求及位置计算,在位置计算论述中分别讨论了坐标转换、方向确定和定位算法几个核心问题。最后以基于MapObjects控件的地理信息系统二次开发技术为例讨论了所涉及的算法实现。该文深入论述了各种事故报告的规范信息化,利用地理信息系统技术实现了基于事故报告的电子地图定位,为道路安全生产提供了一种新的技术手段。

Abstract:Road accident is paroxysmal and location uncertain, how to obtain the information of accident point location immediately and exactly is the key of accident rescue, route guidance, and keeping unblocked. Causes there are many ways to obtain it, this paper synthetically analyzed and sum up on it, and more, it emphazed on semantic analysis of accident oral reports, then got standard information of accident point location reports. Base on this, this paper expounded the report input content, report precision needs, and location computing of road accident point positioning process, in location computing discussion section, discussed three key problem of coordinate transition, direction confirm, and positioning arithmetic. At the end, this paper discussed an arithmetic sample using Geographical Information Systems (GIS) development technique base on MapObjects control. This paper deeply discussed multiform accident reports standard information transform, and using GIS technique realized electronic map positioning base on accident report, provided a new technique for road safety production.
