| 摘 要： | 利用阿拉尔垦区40年的降水资料序列，以统计学方法为基础，揭示垦区自然降水的历史演变规律和年代际变化特征。针对自然降水对农业生产弊大于利的影响，提出趋利避害的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The statistics results derived from precipitation records at Aler Reclaimation Area during forty years shown the historical evolution regularity of natural precipitation and interdecadal change feature.Base on the local practicality and the influenee of the natural precipitation on the agricultural production the suggestions of tending towards advantages and avoiding disadvantages to promote the continuous developments of agricultural production were presented. |
