摘    要:采用低分辨率能量色散X射线荧光分析仪和偏最小二乘法对太平洋多金属结核中的Mn、Fe、Co、Ni和Cu等元素进行了现场分析,并对所用仪器的性能和方法的可靠性作了评价。方法经国家级标准物质验证,其测定值与标准值相符,RSD(n=42)各元素均小于1.0%,分析结果满足现场分析中矿物品位的测定要求。

Abstract:In situ analysis of Mn, Fe, Co, Ni and Cu in metal nodule by an isotope excited Xray fluorescence analyzer using partial least square (PLS) algorithm is reported in this paper. Performance and reliability test on the equipment and method are also discussed. The method has been applied to the determination of these elements in metal nodule national standard reference samples. The results are in agreement with certified values with precision of < 1.0% RSD (n=42) for all these elements and indicate that the method can meet the requirements of on site analysis in mineral survey.\=\=
