| Abstract: | We have discussed how to reconstruct the seismic information network to adapt to the actual needs in Earthquake Administration of Heilongjiang Province based on ADSL Broadband service.The whole framework model of ADSL Broadband is given.At the same time we have introduced the realization of the Internet common applications and the administration of networks. |
