| Abstract: | The development of GIS is followed all along by its increasing application of electronic government affairs.At present,land resources electronic government affairs information system based on GIS is one of the important technical means of land resources information construction.With the practice of land resources electronic government affairs information system in Changsha county Hunan province,this paper expounds its design ideas,objects,integral structure and function realization.At the same time,it gives a comprehensive introduction and analysis of key techniques and highlight questions on the realization of land resources electronic government affairs information system based on ArcGIS. |
