摘    要:根据四川与云南两省水文手册和水文年鉴,及攀枝花水文站、金阳气象站、雷波气象站等资料,分析论述了该区降雨、径流、洪水等的水文环境特征。

Abstract:The climate hydrological characteristics in the lower reach area of Jinsha River were discussed on the variation of temperature, evaporation and rainfall according to the hydrological manuals and data from meteorological stations. The maxmum variable coefficient of rainfall C, is 0. 303 and the minimum 0. 139. The coefficient value in strong rainfall area is small and that in gentle rainfall area is large. The distribution of annual runoff is congruent with the distribution of annual rainfall. The average annual runoff coefficient is 0. 1-0. 8 in the upper reaches and in the lower reaches,as well as the small in the valley area and the large on both sides. This area belongs to frequent rainstorm area of China.
