| Abstract: | Through analysing fishing vessel accidents of recent years, the paper make out general law of factitious factors leading to fishing vessel accidents. Then, the paper puts forward some measures to reduce factitious lapses and improve fishing vessel navigation safety, for the sake of preventing and decreasing fishing vessel accidents. |
