| Abstract: | First, this paper generalizes the latest developments and trends of earth observing technology,discusses the foreground of remote sensing technology being used at statistical investigation work, and then predicates the future necessities of establishing a dynamic monitoring and management information system for national important investment proiect based on remote sensing. Then, this paper analyses the primary research problems and puts forward an operational flow chart and a whole architecture for the investment project dynamic monitoring and management information system. Finally, the total technical route for establishing the practical system is designed. |
