| 摘 要： | 通过对邢台市水生态环境的演变、现状以及水资源开发利用中存在的问题的论述和分析，从水资源可持续利用的角度，对邢台市水资源利用现状，工农业及生活节水潜力、百泉岩溶水生态修复，平原及地下水修复等问题进行了深入的分析。最终阐明了实现邢台市水生态系统修复的可行性和长期性。
