| 摘 要： | 基于海南省统一电子政务平台,应用软件构件、工作流、GIS、MIS、关系数据库、电子签章、集群Web服务等先进技术方法,快速构建了土地登记管理系统,实现了全流程、全数字化、图表一体化的土地登记业务办理模式,满足了多个市县土地登记业务信息化管理需要。本文结合海南省土地登记管理系统研发,为破解市县国土资源管理部门信息化基础薄弱的困局,提出了集中式系统部署的解决思路。

| Abstract: | Base on the unified e-government platform of Hainan province, this paper uses some advanced technology methods such as the application software component, workflow, GIS and MIS, relational database, electronic signature, cluster Web service, etc. to quickly construct the management system of the registration of lands in the approach of full process and full numeric, as well as the picture integrated with chart. In order to satisfy the multiple needs of cities and counties land registration information management, and break the dilemma of weak foundation of the information technology used within the administrative departments of land and resources of counties and cities, this paper proposed some ideas of solving the issues in centralized deployment system, combined with the progress of registration management system of Hainan＇s land. |
