摘    要:论述了新一代环境监测与管理信息系统(EMMIS)的支撑技术、开发手段及其功能特点;重点阐述了新一代环境监测与管理信息系统支撑技术在环境科学中的典型应用,包括基础信息综合管理、环境动态监测、环境演变模拟和预测、环境规划与决策、环境灾害监测与预报、环境管理、环境综合分析与评价等。

Abstract:This article shows the supportable technology, exploitation means and functional characteristics of modern environmental monitoring and management information system (EMMIS). It elaborates the typical applications of EMMIS in environmental science in detail, which includes synthetical management of basic information, environmental monitoring, environmental evolvement and forecasting, environmental planning and decision-making, disaster monitoring and prediction, environmental management, synthetical analysis and evaluation.
