| 摘 要： | 采用不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法，分析了黄、渤海南移和珠江口北移的中国对虾Ｐｅｎａｅｕｓｏｒｉｅｎｔａｌｉｓ及其杂交于一代的乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）和苹果酸脱氨酶（ＭＤＨ）同工酶。结果表明：这两种同工酶具明显的组织特异性，均只在尾部肌肉表达。ＬＤＨ同工酶表现为紧密相邻的两条带。ＭＤＨ的表达谱式与其它物种类似，表现为趋向阳极的上清液型和趋向阴极的线粒体型。本研究分析的两种同工酶未见两种来源的中国对虾及其杂交子一代的差异。文中对此进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH )and malate dehydrogenase(MDH)isozymes of Penaeus orientalis from Huanghai Sea and Bobai Sea emigrated to the south and those emigrated to the north from the Zhujiang River Mouth,as well as their first hybrid generation were resolved by vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and detected by specific histochemical staining. The results show that LDH and MDH exhibit an apparent specific tissue that is only expressed in abdominal muscles. LDH expressed it in two close bands,MDH's expression pattern like those in other species can be divided into m-MDH and s-MDH.There are no differences of LDH and MDH from these two Penaeus orientalis species and their first hybrid generation, which is also discussed in this article. |
