| 摘 要： | 针对网格化城市管理机制中网格的空间划分方法,拓展并提出利用空间基本网格作为构建城市公共管理体系的基石,分析了空间基本网格的含义和特征,指出其空间划分的关键问题、技术路线和地理编码,并提供了一个成功实例。

| Abstract: | There exist different methods for spatial grid division in urban management based on grid. This paper extends and puts forward adopting spatial base grid to build urban public administration architecture. It analyzes meanings and characteristics of spatial base grid, and then describes several key issues, technical approaches and geographic encoding strategy for spatial base grid division. Finally a typical application of spatial base grid is given. |
