摘    要:尺度是广泛存在于地学、生态学、气象、遥感等领域中的一个重要概念.尺度研究可以避免 用错误的空间尺度观测问题和对因果关系的曲解.科学有效的尺度选择和尺度转换方法不可 或缺,而尺度转换问题是复杂的,在科学界一直未得到很好的解决.在进一步阐述尺度及尺 度转换概念的基础上,引入理论物理学中的不确定性原理(测不准原理),以此为依据阐述 不确定因素存在于尺度问题中的必然性,同时提出“尺度态”的概念,并指出其本质就是尺 度转换问题中不确定性的表达,具体表现为不同操作尺度、不同研究结果的概率分布.试图对地理尺度及尺度转换问题在理论上有更进一步的认识.

Abstract:Scale is an important concept, which exists in the geography, ecology, meteorology, remote sensing and other concerned fields. For a long time, many scientists in different studying field have devoted themselves to the study on scale. Scale has the features of complicacy,multi-dimension and something changeable. Paying attention to the scale problem, we can avoid observing something with the wrong scale, and avoid misunderstanding the relation between the cause and effect. So, the ways of choosing the scale scientifically and effectively,and of changing the scale are essential,but the problems of changing the scale have not been solved well for a long time in the concepts of scale and scaling. This article introduced the uncertainty principle from the theoretical physics, then according this principle,explained the uncertainty in the scale problem, at the same time, put forwards the concepts and essence of "scale -state". The authors attempt to gain a further theoretical standing to the problems of scale and scaling. Of course, this is only a hypothesis, it is necessary to find out whether it is reasonable further.
