| 摘 要： | 本文根据从事"数字城市"理论、技术及应用研究的实践,提出"数字城市"是以信息基础设施为核心的完整的城市信息系统体系,"数字城市"建设应以电子政务作为最佳切入点,"数字城市"建设将促进现代服务业的发展。文章分析了"数字城市"与现代服务业的一致性,指出了"数字城市"建设目前存在的六个方面的问题,并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory,technology and practice of the construction of Digital Cities,in this paper,the author pointed out that Digital City is an integrated setup of the urban information systems,its core is the information infrastructure;and the start point of construction of Digital City should be E-government.Construction of digital cities will accelerate the development of modern service industry.The consistency of Digital City and modern service industry are discussed.Six technical problems establishing digital city are indicated,and the relative technical approaches are put forward. |
