| 摘 要： | 随着“3S”技术发展的日臻完善,为城市和农村的违法建筑及设施的监测提供了强大的技术基础和物质保障.文章以”3S”技术为基础,设计了杭州市余杭区建筑及设施的影像监测综合管理信息系统,并阐述了系统设计的基本思路及流程,介绍了系统的功能和关键技术在实施过程中的应用.

| Abstract: | With the development of 3S technology,it provides a strong technical base and material securityfor monitoring illegal construction and facilities in urban and rural areas.With 3S technology,this paper designed video monitoring of integrated management information system for monitoring the buildings and facilities,Yuhang District,Hangzhou,and explains the basic ideas of system and process design,system function,and describes the key technologies applied in the implementation process. |
