| 摘 要： | 研究了具有第二次可选服务且两次服务完均可以反馈的和可选单重休假M/G/1排队模型.通过补充变量法,首先建立了系统稳态下的状态转移方程,用概率母函数的方法求解得到了稳态下系统队长的概率母函数,进而求出系统稳态解存在的稳态条件和稳态下系统的平均队长和顾客在系统中的平均逗留时间.最后给出了稳态队长的随机分解定理.
