摘    要:本文描述了1989年4月~1990年4月在秦山核电站邻近海域异养细菌的调查研究,结果表明:水样中细菌量较高,年平均为10~5个/dm~3,而沉积样中菌数较低,仅为10~2~10~3个/g。菌群组成均以革兰氏阳性菌为主,优势菌为芽孢杆菌Bacillus,它们对碳水化合物和硝酸盐有较高的分解能力。

Abstract:The investigations were carried out of abundance and strain composition of heterotrophic bacteria in the Qinatang estuary waters near Qinshan Nuclear Power Station during the period of April, July and October 1 989 and January 1990. The results obtained show that bacteria abundance in seawater ( the annual average 105cell/ dm3) wes higher than in sediments (102-105cell/ g) . The majority of bacteria composition was G+ category, which mainly was Bacillus with strong decomposability for carbohydrate and nitrate.
