摘    要:目前大多数国家的卫星任务调度系统都只考虑解决点目标的观测任务,只有美、法少数几个国家研究并解决了区域目标的分割与优选问题,但现有方法对星载传感器成像特性考虑得不够,时间窗口利用率较低,易导致任务完成期拖后。为满足国防支援、灾难监视、紧急搜救等时间紧迫的应用需求,本文以一颗载有线阵推扫式CCD相机的传输型地球资源卫星为例,研究了在相机具有侧摆和前后摆能力时对多个区域目标的观测问题。文章深入分析了目前国外在分割处理区域目标时所采用的方法,指出了这些方法的不足之处,通过改进现有分割方法,提出了一种新的基于目标特征与星载传感器性能特征的区域分割方法,并建立了面向多区域目标的优选问题数学模型。

Abstract:Area target is a class of large acreage target of Earth observing satellite (EOS). Area target can not be covered by an instantaneous field of view (IFOV) of satellite or a single strip, which requires several contiguous strips to be imaged. Compared with spot target, the scheduling problem of area target is much complicated, which includes two stages: segmenting and selecting. There are just few researches considering the segmenting and selecting of area targets which are mainly in U.S. and France. There are some disadvantages in segmenting and selecting while neglecting the characteristics of satellitebased sensor, which leads to unefficient utilization of time window; the end time is easyily postponed. To meet the observing requests, such as national defense supporting, disaster surveilling and succoring, this paper studies the segmenting and scheduling with an optical imaging satellite equipped line array CCD sensor, that sensor can point to offnadir crosstrack or alongtrack. This paper concerns the observing with several area targets, presents a new method on segmenting area target based on the characteristics of satellitebased sensor and observing target. Based on the results of segment, a scheduling model for several area targets is also proposed.
