| 摘 要： | 文章分析了湖南省耕地面积对粮食生产贡献率随时间变化的特点,以及耕地退化对粮食生产的影响状况。研究表明,耕地资源数量和质量的变化对粮食生产构成持久的约束作用,耕地资源稀缺已成为制约粮食安全的瓶颈。为了实现粮食安全,应采用的根本措施在于保持耕地数量平衡,防治土地资源退化,加强全民粮食安全意识,建立复合高效农田生态经济系统,合理开发后备耕地资源等。

| Abstract: | The main concerns of this paper are devoted to the contribution of the cultivated land to food productivity at different periods,and to the negative effects of cultivated land degradation on the potential increase of grain yield per hectare.Degradation of cultivated land ,due to the soil erosion and pollution,tends to transform the high_yield to the mid_yield and low_yield one,which will further restrict the food production and can be conceived as the bottleneck of food security in China.The fundamental methods to solve these prombles ,however,not only to maintain quantitative balance of cultivated land and to prevent them from degradation,but also to constructing the complex eco_economic system ,adjusting the present land cultivation structures and enhancing the public awareness of cultivated land security ,and so on. |
