摘    要:本文从水产无脊椎动物与环境的关系论述其来克丁物质的功能;来克丁与微生物间的相互作用包括相互作用中有关来克丁、微生物种类,作用部位和作用物质等。从来克丁在水产无脊椎动物识别外来物质,包括抵御病原体的作用看,健康发展的水产业之一项关键任务便是认识和掌握来克丁在御防病害活动中的机理。

Abstract:This paper discusses the functions of lectins and lectin like substances existing in invertebrates as viewed from the relationship between aquacultured invertebrates and their environments. This study of the interaction of microorganisms with lectins and lectin like substances includes the kinds of lectins and related microorganisms, the sites for their interaction, and the chemical substances acted upon, mainly carbohydrates. The function of lectins to recognize foreign substances including pathogens indicates that the key task for healthily developing aquaculture is to understand and master the mechanism involved in the disease prevention activities of lectins.
