| 摘 要： | 以土地集约理论为依据,运用TOPSIS方法对花都区与珠三角主要城市进行综合评价与比较,建立了PSR集约评价指标体系,结果表明:广州市花都区土地利用集约水平较低,其集约度指标值仅为0.2238,在珠三角主要城市中处于较低水平,仅优于江门市与肇庆市,人均建设用地面积太大、地均二三产业GDP小等是其主要原因,并就提高花都区土地集约水平提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | By taking the intensive land-use theory as basis and using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS) and the model of Pressure-State-Response(PSR),the land-use level of Huadu District is taken as an example to be analyzed. In order to evaluate the land-use objectively,some other cities in the Pearl River Delta are taken as comparative objectives.
