我国测绘卫星的应用展望

摘    要:测绘卫星通常指具有计算平面基准、高程基准、重力基础以及能够绘图并满足大中比例尺制图精度要求的对地观测卫星。测绘卫星的主要特点表现在其较高的几何精度,包括重力、高程以及平面的测量精度。现阶段,与国际卫星强国相比,我国测绘卫星的发展水平还有相当的差距,很多测绘任务所用到的遥感数据源大部分来自于国外的卫星,这对于我国测绘水平的发展来说还有一定的局限。本文在分析我国测绘卫星应用现状的基础上,对其后续发展做出展望。

Abstract:Cartographic Satelite is a kind of earth observation satelite made for calculating the plane datum,altitude datum,gravity base and cartography,meeting the requirement of large-and medium-scaling graphics.It is noted for its high geometric accuracy in measuring the gravity,the altitude and the plane.Nowdays,the developing level of Chinese cartographic satelite lags quite behind the other counies.Plenty of survey work must resort to the remote sensing data deriving from foreign satelites,which is an obstacle to Chinese survey.The article makes a forcast on the ongoing development after an analysis on the present conditions.
