摘    要:在城市的发展进程中,充分考虑城市对医疗机构的需求特点,使医疗机构的布局更加趋向合理,最大限度地提升城市的医疗性能。本研究通过GIS方法对青岛西海岸新区的医疗机构与居民点进行可达性分析,得到现阶段青岛西海岸新区的医疗可达性,并对居民点、医疗机构、道路情况进行叠置分析,从而得到适合医疗机构布局的位置。本文采用GIS技术,通过分析青岛西海岸新区医疗机构需求的特点,对其空间布局进行优化,从而得出合理的医疗机构布局方案。本文所提出的研究思路及方法同样也适用于其他类似的城市公共服务设施的选址。

Abstract:Under the condition of fully considering the characteristics of the city′s demand for medical institutions,the layout of medical institutions will be more rationalized in the process of urban development,so that medical institutions can improve the medical performance of the city to the maximum extent.In this study,the GIS method was used to analyze and obtain the accessibility of medical institutions and residential areas in The West Coast New District of Qingdao at the present stage.The overlay analysis of residential areas,medical institutions and roads is carried out to obtain the suitable location for the layout of medical institutions.In this paper,GIS technology is adopted to optimize the spatial layout of medical institutions in The West Coast New District of Qingdao by analyzing the characteristics of their demands.The research ideas and methods proposed in this paper are also applicable to the site selection of other urban public service facilities.
