| 摘 要： | 土地执法监察是国土资源管理的一项重要职能,高分辨率卫星遥感影像数据在执法监察中的应用,加大了违法用地执法监察的力度,缩短了执法周期,为城市执法监察人员对城市违法用地情况进行调查、执法并监督提供数据保障。本文主要是介绍通过对两时相遥感影像数据进行分析比对,按照一定规则提取变化图斑,再结合土地利用现状和土里利用规划等现势数据,及时确定疑似违法用地图斑的方法。

| Abstract: | The land law enforcement is an important duty of land resources management. The use of high resolution remote sensing images in the law enforcement strengthens the illegal land use law enforcement efforts,provides data support for the law enforcement personnel to conduct the illegal land use investigation,law enforcement and supervision. By analyzing and comparing the multi-temporal remote sensing images,changed patches were firstly extracted according to certain rules. Secondly,the suspected illegal use patches were identified in the changed patches by referring to up-to-date information such as the the current situation of land use,land use planning,and so on. |
