| 摘 要： | 地理国情普查在2015年完成,普查成果在"多规合一"、规划与监管、环境保护治理、自然资源调查与审计等多个领域得到广泛应用,并发挥了不可或缺的作用。但是随着应用领域的扩大,对国情普查成果的更新提出了迫切需求,需要在普查成果的基础上对其进行常态化监测。基础性地理国情监测的变化信息采集主要分为地表覆盖和地理国情要素,并对两者的采集指标、采集要求、要素分类、要素变化信息的记录做了详细规定。

| Abstract: | The National Geographical Census was completed in 2015,and the census results have been widely used and played an indispensable role in many fields such as " multi-system integration",planning and supervision,environmental protection and management,natural resources investigation and auditing. However,with the expansion of the field of application,there is an urgent need to update the results of the national census and the need for normalized monitoring based on the census results. The change information collection of basic geographical national conditions monitoring is mainly divided into surface cover and geographical national conditions elements,and detailed provisions are made on the collection indicators,collection requirements,classification of factors,and recording of factor changes. |
