| 摘 要： | 针对广东省高标准农田建设监管中的痛点、难点,本文建设了一个全省统筹规划的高标准农田信息化监管平台,通过对地理国情、国土资源管理、高标准农田建设等各类信息资源的整合,利用空、天、地一体化数据获取,3S集成等高新技术,实现省、市、县、镇、村各级自然资源、农业、财政等业务主管部门对于高标准农田项目建设的全程监督和科学管理,确保国家粮食安全。

| Abstract: | In view of the pain points and difficulties in the supervision of high-standard farmland construction in Guangdong province,a high-standard farmland informatization supervision platform planned by the whole province will be built.Based on geographical conditions,land and resources management,construction of high standard farmland and other kinds of information resources integration,use of high and new technology such as:the integration of space-sky-earth data acquisition technology,3S integration technology.To realize the whole-process supervision and scientific management of the construction of high-standard farmland projects by the competent departments of natural resources,agriculture and finance at the provincial,municipal,county,town and village levels to ensure the national food security. |
