摘    要:随着工业技术的不断发展,对工业设备测量成果的质量和精度要求也越来越高,常规的测量手段往往难以满足技术要求。而三维激光扫描技术由于具有非接触性、精度和测量效率高等特点,近年来在工业测量领域中有着广泛应用。本文以某室外工业设备测量项目为例,运用三维激光扫描技术获取点云数据,并针对特定的点云数据使用整体最小二乘法进行边界拟合,人工绘制交线提取中线点坐标,效果良好且具有一定的实际意义。

Abstract:With the continuous development of industrial technology,the quality and accuracy requirements of industrial equipment measurement results are getting higher and higher,and conventional measurement methods are often difficult to meet technical require-ments.The three-dimensional laser scanning technology has been widely used in the field of industrial measurement in recent years due to its non-contact,precision and high measurement efficiency.Taking an outdoor industrial equipment measurement project as an example,this paper uses 3D laser scanning technology to acquire point cloud data,and uses the global least squares method to perform boundary fitting for specific point cloud data,and manually draws the intersection line to extract the coordinates of the midline point.Certain practical significance.
