摘    要:融合倾斜摄影影像与激光雷达点云数据,通过迭代最邻近点配准法和人工配准相结合的方法进行匹配融合,得到高精度的点云模型,构建了京雄高速公路两侧500 m范围真实三维场景模型,并在全长27.37 km的道路中线两侧100 m范围进行1∶1 000 DEM和DOM数据制作。实测数据检查对比结果表明,真三维模型的平面和高程精度分别优于0.15 m和0.1 m,满足了京雄高速公路规划设计的精度要求。

Abstract:In this paper,the point cloud data of LiDAR are fused with oblique photographic images.The point cloud model with high accuracy is obtained by the combination of ICP(Iterative Closest Points)and artificial registration method.Finally,the real 3D scene model with 500 m range on both side of Jingxiong expressway is completed.The study also made the data of 1∶1000 DEM and DOM within 100 m of the middle line of the full-length 27.37 km road.By checking and comparing the measured data,the results show that the plane and elevation accuracy of the true 3D model is better than 0.15 m and 0.1 m,which meets the accuracy requirement of plan-ning and design of Jingxiong expressway.
