| 摘 要： | 通过对麦克斯韦方程的分析，得出结论：在似稳条件下，可以用解稳恒磁场的方法计算涡旋电场。并以３个例子示明此种类比法在求解涡旋电场中的应用。所得结果与其他方法一致。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of Maxwell's equations it is concluted that under the quasi-stationary conditions the induced electric field can be calculated in terms of the solution of the static magnetic field.The application of analogy method to the induced electric field is showed with three examples. These results are agreement with that of other methods. |
