摘    要:浙江省是我国东南沿海经济较发达的省份,但同时也是地质灾害多发频发的省份。近年来随着极端天气增多,我省各级行政管理部门的地质灾害应急工作面临着前所未有的挑战。本文介绍了我省突发性地质灾害应急空间辅助决策支持系统建设情况,提出了地质灾害应急辅助决策所涉及到的多源异构数据融合与集成的技术方法,构建了从灾(险)情报送、信息收集与分析、灾(险)情评价、专家会商到最终科学决策的突发性地质灾害空间辅助决策支持系统。本系统的建设极大的提高了我省突发性地质灾害应急决策能力,对其他省份的突发性地质灾害应急辅助决策支持系统的建设具有一定的参考价值。

Design and realization of spatial assistant decision support system of emergency response for abrupt geological hazards in Zhejiang province

Abstract:Zhejiang Province,located in the coastal areas of southeast China,is a province of relatively developed economy paralleled with frequent geological hazards. In recent years,with the increasing incidence of extreme weather,administrative departments at all levels which are in charge of geological hazards emergency work in Zhejiang province are facing unprecedented challenges. This article introduces the construction of spatial assistant decisionmaking supporting system of emergency response for abrupt geological hazards and puts forward the technique of fuse and integration of multi-source heterogeneous data which is involved. The system is established which includes geological hazards report,information collection and analysis,geological hazards evaluation,expert consultation and the final decision-making has been established till now. The construction of this system can greatly improve the decision-making ability of abrupt geological hazards emergency work which provides a certain reference value to other provinces in spatial assistant decision-making supporting system of emergency response for abrupt geological hazards.
