| Abstract: | Fisheries and their future received a thorough examination in Vancouver during February when the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations held its first technical conference on fishery management and development in seventeen years. Among the fifty papers presented at the ten day meeting was an assessment of current and future management practices and an examination of the potential of krill harvesting and aquaculture. |
