| 摘 要： | 贫困表现出特有的经济社会特征，严重地制约和阻碍经济发展和社会进步，是发展的大敌。加快城市化进程对贫困落后地区实现资源的优化配置、扩大就业空间、实现劳动力就业转移、增加农民收入、实现“脱贫”致富和现代化具有积极的作用和现实意义。通过对贫困落后地区城市化动力机制的分析，提出加速贫困落后地区城市化进程的相应对策。针对贫困落后地区的区情特征，文章认为加速贫困落后地区城市化进程并非单纯追求城市化的提高，而是城市化质量和内涵的提高。文章围绕这一问题就贫困落后地区的城市化道路、发展模式、城市发展方针进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Poverty is one of the global problems and the characteristics of China. It is also a serious problem of development in our country. Based on the characteristics of economy and society of poverty, this paper makes an effort to explain the development of economy and society and urbanization in backward regions in the process of the urbanization in China. After analyzing the dynamic system of urbanization in backward regions, some measures are provided to accelerate the process of urbanization in baokward regions. |
